I'm thinking about trading in my cell phone and my Palm i705 for a Kyocera 7135 from Verizon. It would wind up costing me about the same per month as my current cell phone service (about $25) and my Palm.net service (about $20) combined. The only problem is that the unit costs about $500. Maybe I should wait a little while longer. Go here for a nice review on the unit.
